Negativity

“Highly sensitive people… are most at risk when it comes to developing an addiction to negativity.”

Here’s a VLOG I just finished making about the addiction to negativity. To read in more detail about how negativity causes OCPD, check out my “What is OCPD?” page

Thank you for the great post! I often relate a good deal to what you say, and this post was something that wasn’t an exception. For the past few weeks, I have been a self-inflicted victim of negative thinking, which has been a problem I’ve had on and off throughout the years. I know what I should be doing to combat it, but it’s often hard. In a nutshell, what are some mechanisms that you’ve used to overcome negative thinking? I think like any addiction, it’s something that needs to be continually worked on.

For me, writing has often helped a lot, and I’ve recently started writing again to help.

I’ve been giving you a hard time lately…but it’s because I think very highly of you and respect you quite a lot. Great VLOG, I like it and it refreshed my spirit. So thanks 🙂
